01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users who access or use the 83ph website and any associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, eBingo, and any other gaming products offered through the platform. 03 Account Registration

You may only hold one active account on 83ph at any time. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. This information is used for identity verification (KYC), secure login via OTP, and processing of withdrawals.

• Keep your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Do not share your account with any other person.
• Notify 83ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

83ph uses OTP-based verification and SSL encryption to protect your account. However, account security also depends on your own care in safeguarding your password and registered mobile number.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 83ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are generally credited to your gaming account promptly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment channel used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require completion of KYC before funds can be released.

• Only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name.

Sports betting markets, including those covering PBA, NBA, Philippine football, boxing, and esports, are governed by individual market rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a market, 83ph's decision is final after review.

• Bets placed using bonus funds may be subject to specific wagering conditions set out at the time the bonus is offered.
